1. Overview & Licensing
TetherFocus is an ambient executive function and sensory focus software engineered and owned by Banerjz Technology Solutions Private Limited. For transactions within the Republic of India, digital distribution and local transaction fulfillment are handled under license by LearninZ Edutech Private Limited. For all international orders, Paddle.com acts as the Merchant of Record.
2. Software Usage & Nature of Service
TetherFocus provides sensory-safe focus tools, ambient audio synthesis, and AI-assisted task scaffolding powered by Google Gemini. The application is a supportive cognitive scaffold and does not replace medical diagnostics, professional psychiatric evaluations, or clinical ADHD therapy.
3. Billing & Merchant of Record
International transactions are processed via Paddle.com Market Ltd, who acts as the Merchant of Record for international sales. Paddle handles billing, tax collection, and customer invoicing for cross-border customers. Domestic transactions within India are fulfilled directly via Razorpay under LearninZ Edutech Private Limited.
4. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, sound synthesis algorithms, visual timer interfaces, and proprietary scaffolding prompts remain the exclusive intellectual property of Banerjz Technology Solutions Private Limited.
6. Advisory Council & Patron Perks Disclaimer
Participation in the Founding Patron Pass or any designated Feature Advisory Council represents an honorary user feedback channel for product roadmap voting, qualitative reviews, and pre-release feature trials. It does not constitute, grant, or imply any corporate directorship, partnership, shareholder rights, equity, fiduciary responsibility, or governing authority over Banerjz Technology Solutions Private Limited, LearninZ Edutech Private Limited, or any associated platform entities.
