Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. 7-Day Conditional Pro-Rated Refund Window

We want TetherFocus to deliver genuine value for your neurodivergent focus routines. If you find that the service does not fit your sensory needs, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your initial payment date.

To protect the platform against API abuse (such as mass automated AI scaffolding generation) and prevent operational misuse, all approved refunds issued within the 7-day window are calculated on a pro-rated basis. The refund amount will reflect the remaining unused portion of the billing period, minus non-recoverable third-party payment gateway transaction processing fees.

2. Monthly & Annual Subscriptions

You may cancel your recurring monthly or annual membership at any time. When cancelled:

Future automated renewals cease immediately with zero further charges.
Your platform access continues uninterrupted until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.
Subscription renewals past the initial 7-day purchase window are non-refundable.

3. Founding Patron Passes (3-Year Access)

Due to the immediate provisioning of sustained multi-year Gemini AI infrastructure and digital patron status, Founding Patron Passes ($249.00 / ₹15,999) are eligible for a pro-rated refund strictly within the first 7 days following purchase. After 7 days, Patron Pass contributions are fully committed to ongoing compute resources and are non-refundable.

4. International Processing via Paddle

For international customers, all transactions and approved refunds are processed via our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. To initiate a refund request, contact support@banerjztech.com with your transaction receipt or submit your invoice details directly at paddle.net.

5. Domestic Indian Processing via LearninZ Edutech

For purchases within India fulfilled via Razorpay under license by LearninZ Edutech Private Limited, approved pro-rated refunds are credited back to the original source instrument (UPI VPA, NetBanking, or card) within 5–7 banking business days.
