1. Sensory-Safe Privacy Pledge

TetherFocus operates under a strict privacy-first principle designed for neurodivergent safety:

• We do not track behavioral analytics, biometric focus patterns, or sell data to third-party ad brokers.
• We do not use tracking cookies or algorithmic dopamine-reinforcement pixels.
• Task inputs entered for AI scaffolding are processed ephemerally and are not retained to train public foundation models.

2. Audio Synthesis Processing

All brown noise acoustic tethering is synthesized on-the-fly directly inside your client browser using the Web Audio API. No audio recordings, microphone access, or local audio data leaves your device.

3. Payment Information

Payment card details, UPI IDs, and billing credentials are never handled or stored on TetherFocus servers. All transactions are securely encrypted and processed by PCI-DSS Level 1 certified gateways: Paddle.com (International) or Razorpay (India).
